FIRST COURSE

Pea & mint 5 spice scallop with chicken crackling

Vegetarian option: will be served with tofu (and no crackling)

SECOND COURSE

Rotisserie Thai whiskey chicken with XO fried rice

Vegetarian option: Vegan fried chicken with whisky sauce and vegetarian fried rice.
