FIRST COURSE
Chicken Malai Tikka : Free range Chicken marinated over nightly with spices, charred in Tandoor, served with Yoghurt mint sauce.

Bhurra Lamb Chops : Mace & Cardamom marinated Lamb chops served with couscous and Goat cheese, sprinkled cumin seeds.
