Join us for an exclusive one off event hosted upstairs at the Royal Saxon on Thursday 18th May 2017. We will be exploring our Head Chef Luigi Buono's ‘Nose-to-Tail’ tasting menu paired perfectly with a selection of White Rabbit’s best ales.

Be guided through the beers by the team from White Rabbit, enjoy food matches designed to compliment their tastes and aromas, all whilst soaking up the atmosphere in the Royal Saxon's stunning upstairs bar and balcony.

Hailing from his hometown in the Gulf of Naples in Italy’s southern coast, Buono will incorporate the beers into his cooking process; embracing the philosophy of ‘Nose-to-Tail’ dining and paying homage to the beast.
