In Sicily one of the most important events is a festival celebrating the gastronomic delights of pork. The whole family would be involved preparing and enjoying the multitude of different products from the humble pig.
With our event "Pig & Beer" we will recreate the traditional atmosphere with a four course meal based entirely around pork. Each course will be matched with a beer from our neighbours at Temple Brewery.
