In the true spirit of the Good Beer Week, expect a 5 course dinner using beer as a flavour or ingredient throughout all dishes.

You heard it right! Expect beer in the form of rich hearty sauces, foam, malts...and we'll stop telling you more right here. The star of the night is a Miso Beer Ramen. And trust us, it will be very delicious.

An event like that, we'll need a brewery to match and that's none other than our favorite brewery that needs no introduction, Moon Dog. As crazy as the Beer Ramen sounds, we looking forward to some very interesting once off brews that Moon Dog may bring on that day, and a traditional Shizuku closing ceremony on the night every year of the Good Beer Week with a rich hearty dessert style beer.
