Banjo Harris Plane, Sommelier of Bar Liberty, takes some of his favourite Wild Fermented Wines against the Wild Fermented Ales of Garage Project (NZ) and Wild Beer Co (UK).

This event isn't a competition but a collaboration in non-traditional food and beverage pairings. Stepping away from stout and chocolate, IPAs and curries, and Pinot Noir and duck, we are looking to have a bit more fun with randomness.
