Young Henrys and The Astor collaborate to celebrate all things special, local, limited, seasonal and unique.

Young Henrys will showcase their seasonal, special release beers and the Astor will match with a 5-course food offering of seasonal produce from local artisan suppliers.

A big part of Young Henrys brewing philosophy is built on keeping things local, and working on special collaborations with like minded people and reducing their environmental impact. Back at the beginning of the brewing process, each day more than a tonne of spent grain from their brewery gets donated to a local farm where it’s eaten by some very happy cattle.

The Astor’s menu is entirely dependent on the seasons. The dining room offers quality artisan ingredients. All produce, including meat and seafood, comes from small growers and farmers who where possible practice ethical and sustainable methods.
