Winning the gourmet Traveler 'Best Wine List Victoria' this year and a great supporter of Colonial Brewing Co (CBCo), The Botanical has called on the brewery for a head to head duel, beer vs wine.
Over five courses, Botanical Head Chef Arnaud Pelligrinos will cook a five course feast, Botanical and CBCo will battle it out selecting one beer per course and one wine per course.
You vote and ultimately decide who is crowned winner, Botanical and their grapes or CBCo and its grains.
One long table set amongst the beer tanks of CBCo this is an event not to be missed.
