Traditional weekend roast takes on a twist where Jake Swain, Head Chef of Marquis of Lorne, will roast a whole Wessex Saddleback pig fed on the grain from Stomping Ground brewery at the farm.
The pork will be served as classic pub roast dish that will be available all day on each level of the pub over the first weekend of the GBW schedule.
We will also be pouring a seasonal beer from Stomping Ground that will be matched with the dish.
