Tantalise your tastebuds with a sneak peek from the upcoming menu featuring at Coburg Brewing Co. next big adventure – the launch of Coburg Brewing Co at the infamous Pentridge Prison site.

The brewery will be located in the newly restored laundry block and will feature a custom made 1.5 metre woodfired grill – which will be manned by Robert Aparo. Rob hails from some of Melbourne’s best gastro pubs (The Station Hotel, Wayside Inn & Albert Park Hotel) and has earnt a reputation as the ‘go to guy’ for all things meat.

You can expect the menu and craft beer selection to be a match made in heaven with a heavy focus on any and every thing that can be chargrilled to perfection.
