With twelve taps featuring local craft breweries and an exciting bottle list Rupert on Rupert has been championing Australian craft beer for nearly two years now.

La Siréne’s brewing style has its roots in traditional Belgium and French farmhouse brewing styles, so we are throwing a communal feast in homage to this heritage. The menu will look to the raw and wild elements of fire, smoke, salt and the sea.

Come join us as Costa and his La Sirene team take us though 5 beers over five courses.

*Menu*** Tasmanian oysters, pickled samphire, yarra valley cavier Scallops, wakame butter, BBQ cucumber.

Farmhouse terrine, wild saison mustard, cornichons, sourdough.

Hot smoked pepperberry rubbed wild salmon, parsley root puree, beetroot, sour cherry sauce

Wood roasted rare breed porketta, chicory farmhouse red gratin, purple sprouting broccoli with lardo, herbed duckfat potatos, quince jus.

Pear sorbet, poached rhubarb, smoked honey oat crumble

Dark chocolate pudding, fire roasted chestnut, malt icecream

Each course paired with a beer from La Sirene. We know what they will be....but you have to come along to find out. There have to be some surprises.
