Le Bon Ton's kitchen team will create a 4-course classic American menu specifically matched to a range of Brooklyn Brewery bottles that have never been seen outside the brewery.
This is not a menu of the usual Le Bon Ton smokehouse favourites - this special menu has been painstakingly matched to the rare brews to create a truly one-off dining experience.
The beers will be presented by Brooklyn Ambassador Miro Bellini and Brooklyn's Beer Educator and Community Advisor, Gabe Barry.
