Boatrocker Brewing Co. has one of the biggest barrel ageing programs in the southern hemisphere tucked away in Braeside, in the south of Melbourne.
In this sours masterclass, founder Matt Houghton will take you through a tasting of barrel aged sours alongside guests from Brooklyn Brewery, as they discuss the differences that can be found in different barrel programs across the globe.
The two breweries teamed up during last year's Good Beer Week Masterclass to create a sour barrel aged beer, and this will be a unique opportunity to try the beer that was created.
